1. Prepare the Shrimp

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. If using frozen shrimp, ensure they are fully thawed.

2. Mince the Garlic

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

3. Chop the Parsley

Rinse and chop the fresh parsley leaves.

4. Heat the Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.

5. Sauté the Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

6. Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

7. Add Lemon Juice and Parsley

Once the shrimp are cooked, remove the skillet from heat. Squeeze in the lemon juice and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the shrimp. Toss to combine.
