Marinating the Pork

In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

Rub the marinade all over the pork tenderloin. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Pour chicken broth and white wine over the pork and vegetables. Cover with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
