Sandwich Preparation

Prepare the Bread
Butter one side of each slice of bread evenly with 1 tablespoon of butter.

Assemble the Sandwich
Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top, followed by another slice of bread, buttered side up.

Grill the Sandwich
Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Carefully flip the sandwich and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden brown.

Repeat
Repeat the process with the remaining bread, cheese, and butter to make a second sandwich.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

Bake the Fries
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
