Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass or a Collins glass with ice cubes to chill while you prepare the drink.

In a cocktail shaker, add the Fernet Branca, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
