Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into strips, about 1 inch wide.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure each strip is well-coated.

Heat Oil
In a large frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken strips to the hot oil. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain and Serve
Remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Keep warm until ready to serve.

Prepare the Potatoes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into even strips, about 1/4 inch thick.

In a large frying pot, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Carefully add the potatoes to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
