Wash the fresh rhubarb thoroughly. Trim the ends and chop into small pieces.

In a small saucepan, combine the chopped rhubarb with 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the rhubarb is soft. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to extract the syrup. Allow it to cool.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Bully Boy Vodka, rhubarb syrup (about 1 oz), fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well until chilled.
