Method

For the Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and fresh dill. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure each fillet is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

  4. 4

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

For the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 5

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell peppers into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 6

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.
