Prepare the crust
Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground. Mix with melted unsalted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust.

Make the filling
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined and smooth.

Add whipped cream
Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Assemble the pie
Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared Oreo crust. Smooth the top with a spatula and sprinkle mini peanut butter cups and crushed peanuts on top.

Chill
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Slice the pie and serve chilled, garnishing with additional whipped cream or crushed peanuts if desired.
