Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tofu

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Drain the tofu and press it for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into cubes.

  2. 2

    Make the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, ginger powder, olive oil, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Coat the Tofu

Add the cubed tofu to the marinade and gently toss to coat all sides. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Bake the Tofu

Spread the marinated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve the peanut butter baked tofu with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
