Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Tofu
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels or a clean kitchen towel to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into cubes or slices as desired.
- 2
Make the Marinade
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, miso paste, tamari, maple syrup, garlic powder, ginger powder, and sesame oil. Mix well until smooth and well combined.
- 3
Coat the Tofu
Place the tofu pieces in the bowl with the marinade and toss gently until all pieces are evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- 4
Bake the Tofu
Spread the marinated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Remove the tofu from the oven. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy your peanut butter baked tofu!
