1. Prepare the Tofu
Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess moisture. Cut the tofu into strips.
2. Sauté the Onions
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced red onion and sauté until translucent.
3. Cook the Tofu
Add the tofu strips to the skillet with the onions. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the tofu is golden and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Assemble the Wrap
Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Spread Vegenaise on each tortilla, layer with sautéed tofu and onion mixture, and add romaine lettuce.
5. Roll and Serve
Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly. Cut in half and serve immediately.
