Infuse the Tequila
In a jar, combine Don Julio Blanco Tequila and pandan leaves. Seal and let it infuse for at least 2 hours at room temperature.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of the infused tequila, 1 oz fresh pineapple juice, 3 oz coconut water, and 0.5 oz fresh lime juice.

Shake and Strain
Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well for about 15-20 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
