Muddle the Mint and Strawberries
In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and sliced strawberries. Muddle gently to release the flavors.

Add Vodka
Pour in the Ketel One Grapefruit & Rose Vodka into the shaker.

Shake Ingredients
Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a copper mug or glass filled with ice.

Top with Sparkling Rosé and Ginger Beer
Pour the Sparkling Rosé over the strained mixture, followed by the Fever-Tree Ginger Beer.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with additional mint leaves and a slice of strawberry. Serve immediately.
