Preparation Steps
Prepare the Foam
In a shaker, combine the egg white and yuzu juice. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to create froth.
Mix the Cocktail
Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Nigori Sake, kaffir lime juice, simple syrup, and ice to the shaker. Shake well until chilled.
Combine the Foam
Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass. Gently spoon the yuzu foam on top.
Garnish
Garnish with a fresh kaffir lime leaf on top of the foam.
