Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Cocktail
In a shaker, combine Suntory Toki Whisky, Amaras Mezcal, Amaro Nonino, and fresh pineapple juice.
Add Flavor
Tear the kaffir lime leaves to release their aroma and add them to the shaker.
Shake it Up
Add ice cubs and shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass and sprinkle togarashi on top.
Garnish
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
