Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Lobos 1707 Joven Tequila and Aperol.

Shake it Up
Add ice to the shaker and shake well for about 10-15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.

Top it Off
Pour the Fever-Tree Grapefruit Soda over the mixture to top it off.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass.
