Prepare the Wakame
Soak the dried wakame in warm water for about 10 minutes until it rehydrates. Drain and chop into smaller pieces.

Prepare the Oyster Topping
In a small bowl, combine the rehydrated wakame, ikura, furikake, minced black garlic, and molasses. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Shuck the Oysters
Carefully shuck the Blue Point oysters, retaining the liquid in the shell. Place them on a serving platter.

Assemble the Oysters
Spoon the wakame and ikura mixture generously over each oyster, ensuring to cover the meat fully.

Garnish and Serve
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the oysters.
