Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Add Wine and Seasonings
Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Incorporate Spinach and Artichokes
Add the fresh spinach and chopped artichoke hearts to the skillet. Stir gently until the spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.

Finish with Feta
Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top. Gently toss to combine.

Plate the shrimp mixture and serve immediately, garnished with additional feta and lemon wedges if desired.
