Chicken
Method
Marinating the Chicken
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and honey until well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Place the boneless chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for maximum flavor.
Grilling the Chicken
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F).
- 4
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for an additional 6-7 minutes on the other side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- 5
Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
