Salad Preparation

1

Prepare the Kale

Wash the kale thoroughly and remove the tough stems. Chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

2

Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and water until smooth. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

3

Combine Ingredients

Pour the dressing over the kale and toss well to coat all the leaves evenly. Add hemp seeds, coconut bacon, and Barrett's Garden Farmesean, and toss again.

Crouton Preparation

4

Prepare the Croutons

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the ciabatta slices into cubes. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil until coated. Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Serving

5

Serve the Salad

Once the croutons are ready, sprinkle them over the salad and serve immediately for the best texture.
