Sandwich Preparation
- 1
Cook the Meat
Choose your preferred meat option (bacon, ham, or sausage patties). If using bacon, cook it in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. If using ham, heat it in the skillet until warmed through, about 2-3 minutes. For sausage patties, cook them in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.

Prepare the Eggs
In a bowl, crack the two eggs and whisk them with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a small non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil. Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still slightly runny, about 2-3 minutes. If you prefer scrambled eggs, stir continuously until fully cooked.
