Tortilla Wrap

Scrambled Eggs

Taco Beef

Method

Preparing Taco Beef

  1. 1

    Cook Ground Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

  2. 2

    Add Seasoning

Drain excess fat from the skillet. Add taco seasoning and water. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Making Scrambled Eggs

  1. 3

    Whisk Eggs

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  2. 4

    Cook Eggs

Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and gently scramble with a spatula until fully cooked, about 5 minutes.

Cooking Tater Barrels

  1. 5

    Prepare Tater Barrels

In a preheated oven, cook the tater barrels according to package instructions until crispy, usually about 20 minutes.

Assembling Burritos

  1. 6

    Prepare Tortillas

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable.

  2. 7

    Assemble Burrito

On each tortilla, layer taco beef, scrambled eggs, cheddar jack cheese, pico de gallo, and tater barrels. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.

  3. 8

    Serve

Cut the burritos in half and serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
