Flatbread Pizza Base

Toppings

Method

Preparation of the Sauce

  1. 1

    Make the Reuben Sauce

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and set aside.

Cooking the Toppings

  1. 2

Prepare the Corned Beef and Sauerkraut

In a skillet over medium heat, add the chopped corned beef and sauté for 3-4 minutes until heated through. Add the diced sauerkraut and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Assembling the Flatbread Pizza

  1. 3

    Prepare the Flatbread

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush each piece of flatbread with olive oil on both sides.

  2. 4

    Add Toppings

Spread a generous amount of the Reuben sauce over each flatbread. Evenly distribute the corned beef and sauerkraut mixture on top. Finally, sprinkle the cheddar jack cheese over the toppings.

Baking

  1. 5

    Bake the Flatbread Pizza

Place the assembled flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve the Pizza

Remove the flatbread pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Slice them into quarters and serve with a side of Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
