Preparation of the Sauce

Make the Reuben Sauce
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and set aside.

Prepare the Corned Beef and Sauerkraut
In a skillet over medium heat, add the chopped corned beef and sauté for 3-4 minutes until heated through. Add the diced sauerkraut and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Add Toppings
Spread a generous amount of the Reuben sauce over each flatbread. Evenly distribute the corned beef and sauerkraut mixture on top. Finally, sprinkle the cheddar jack cheese over the toppings.

Bake the Flatbread Pizza
Place the assembled flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are golden brown.

Remove the flatbread pizzas from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Slice them into quarters and serve with a side of Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
