Method

Burger Patties

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined, then form into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until they reach your desired doneness.

Pulled Pork

  1. 3

    Heat the Pulled Pork

In a small saucepan, combine the cooked pulled pork and Jim Beam BBQ sauce. Heat over low, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.

Bacon

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Burger Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato. Add one burger patty, then layer with pulled pork and BBQ sauce, followed by two bacon strips and a slice of cheese. Top with the second burger patty and the top half of the bun.
