Prepare the Pizza Base

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to ensure the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.

Add Wet Ingredients
Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients. Stir until the mixture forms a dough.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Roll Out the Dough
Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll each part out into a circle about ¼ inch thick.

Cook the Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain excess fat.

Season the Beef
Add the taco seasoning to the cooked beef along with a splash of water. Stir and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Assemble the Pizza
On a baking sheet or pizza stone, place one rolled-out dough. Spread the seasoned beef evenly over the dough, followed by the pico de gallo, black olives, and finally top with shredded jack cheese.
