Burger Patty

Burger Assembly

Method

Burger Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties, making them slightly larger than the burger buns as they will shrink while cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Burger Assembly

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet or grill, add the bacon slices and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 5

    Fry the Eggs

Using the same skillet, crack the eggs and fry them sunny-side up, about 2-3 minutes until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.

  3. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked burger patty, a slice of cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and a slice of tomato. Top with the fried egg.

  4. 7

    Add Condiments

Spread ketchup and mayonnaise on the top half of the burger bun, then place it on top of the egg to complete the stack.
