Preparation of Wings

Cut the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Breading
In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Cooking the Wings

Heat the Oil
In a deep pan or fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Bread the Chicken
Dip each piece of chicken first into the egg mixture, then coat it in the flour mixture, ensuring it's fully covered.

Fry the Chicken
Carefully place the breaded chicken pieces into the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain the Chicken
Remove the fried chicken from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Saucing the Wings

Toss with Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the hot fried chicken pieces with your choice of sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, sweet red chili, garlic parmesan, or mango habanero) until evenly coated.
