Preparation

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, black pepper, and chopped dill until well combined.

2

Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is well coated. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Grilling

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F). Ensure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled to prevent sticking.

4

Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon fillets from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off. Place the fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and has an internal temperature of 145°F.

5

Serve

Carefully remove the salmon from the grill using a spatula. Serve hot with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
