Brewing Herbal Teas

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Measure 1 cup of chamomile flowers, 1 cup of peppermint leaves, and 1 cup of hibiscus petals.

    Boil Water

    In a kettle, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

    Steep the Herbs

    Add the herbal ingredients to the boiling water. Remove from heat and let steep for 5-7 minutes.

    Strain the tea into cups, discarding the herbs, and enjoy hot or iced.

Brewing Regular Teas

    Measure 2 tablespoons each of black tea leaves, green tea leaves, and white tea leaves.
