Mushrooms

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Stuffing

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped thyme, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Using a spoon or a small spatula, fill each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture, packing it slightly to ensure it holds together.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Bake the Stuffed Mushrooms

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.

  2. 5

    Serve

Remove the stuffed mushrooms from the oven and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy warm as an appetizer or side dish.
