Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the fresh strawberries and basil leaves thoroughly. Hull the strawberries and slice them in half.

Muddle the Base
In a cocktail shaker, add the halved strawberries, basil leaves, and jalapeño slice. Muddle them together gently to release the juices and flavors.

Add the Liquids
Pour in the Rocco's Tradicional Silver, Dos Hombres Mezcal, freshly squeezed lime juice, and agave nectar into the shaker.

Shake it Up
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well combined and chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass over fresh ice. Optionally, garnish with a basil leaf or strawberry slice.
