In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Lightly fry the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are warm and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Tortillas

On each tortilla, spread a layer of refried beans. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo.

Assemble the Barside

Sprinkle chopped cilantro and sliced jalapeños over the top of each tortilla. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Garnish

Arrange the prepared tortilla bars on a large platter. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
