Preparation
Prepare the Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Set Up Taco Bar
Arrange taco shells, ground beef, and toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa) in individual serving dishes on a large table.
Serve Chips and Drinks
Place the chips in a large bowl and set drinks in a cooler or on ice for guests to serve themselves.
