Tres Leches Cake

    Bake the Cake

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat sugar and eggs until fluffy. Mix in flour mixture and vanilla. Pour into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes.

    Prepare the Milk Mixture

    In a bowl, mix whole milk, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Once the cake is baked and cooled, poke holes in it and pour the milk mixture over the cake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

    Make the Topping

    Whip heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Spread over the cake before serving.

Charley's Churros

    Prepare the Dough

    In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt over medium heat until boiling. Add flour and stir until a dough forms. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Beat in eggs one at a time.

    Fry the Churros

    Heat oil in a deep skillet. Pipe dough into hot oil, frying until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

    Coat with Sugar and Cinnamon

    Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll churros in the mixture before serving.

Mexican Brownie

    Melt Chocolate and Butter

    In a saucepan, melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Let cool slightly.

    Combine Ingredients

    Add eggs and vanilla to the chocolate mixture, mixing well. Stir in flour and cinnamon until combined.

    Bake the Brownies

    Pour batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before cutting.

Lime Pie

    Make the Crust

    Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a pie dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.

    Prepare the Filling

    In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks until smooth. Pour into the crust.

    Bake the Pie

    Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate before serving topped with whipped cream.
