If using store-bought buñuelos, skip to the next step. If making from scratch, prepare the buñuelos by rolling out dough, cutting into circles, and frying until golden brown.

In serving bowls, scoop 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.

Drizzle 1/4 cup of dulce de leche over the ice cream.
