Prepare the Glass
Rim a chilled cocktail glass with black sea salt by moisten the rim with a lime wedge and then dipping it into the black sea salt.

Mix Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Santo Fino Blanco Tequila, black cherry purée, and freshly squeezed lime juice.

Shake and Strain
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass.

Serve
Garnish with a lime wheel or a fresh cherry, if desired, and serve immediately.
