Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Flatbread
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread Fig Preserves
Evenly spread fig preserves over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Red Onion
Thinly slice the red onion and sprinkle it over the fig preserves.

Add Goat Cheese
Crumble the goat cheese over the top of the flatbreads.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is slightly melted.

Top with Arugula
Remove the flatbreads from the oven and top with fresh arugula.

Drizzle with Truffle Honey
Drizzle truffle honey over the flatbreads to finish.
