Beef Tenderloin

Boursin Cream Sauce

Mashed Potatoes

Method

Grilling the Beef Tenderloin

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

Preheat your grill to high heat. Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let it rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Beef

Place the beef tenderloin on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 135°F. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Boursin Cream Sauce

  1. 3

    Prepare the Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, and Boursin cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Add fresh chives and mix well. Keep warm until serving.

Mashed Potatoes

  1. 4

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large pot, boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.

  2. 5

    Mash the Potatoes

Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the drained potatoes. Mash until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Asparagus

  1. 6

    Prepare the Asparagus

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes until tender.

Crispy Onions

  1. 7

    Fry the Onions

Soak the sliced onions in buttermilk for 30 minutes. Dredge them in flour and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
