Grilling the Beef Tenderloin

Grill the Beef
Place the beef tenderloin on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 135°F. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Boursin Cream Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, and Boursin cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Add fresh chives and mix well. Keep warm until serving.

Prepare the Asparagus
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes until tender.

Soak the sliced onions in buttermilk for 30 minutes. Dredge them in flour and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
