Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tuna

Cut the Ahi tuna into small, bite-sized cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Tuna

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt to the tuna. Gently toss to coat the tuna evenly. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

Thinly slice the green onions, and dice the cucumber and avocado into small pieces.

  4. 4

    Make the Coconut-Miso Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together coconut milk, miso paste, and lime juice until smooth and well combined.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Poke Bowl

In a serving bowl, add a layer of the marinated tuna. Top with diced cucumber, avocado, and sliced green onions.

  6. 6

    Add Dressing and Garnish

Drizzle the coconut-miso dressing over the poke bowl, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the poke bowl with fried wontons on the side for crunch.
