Prepare the Topping
Dice the heirloom tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Add Basil and Garlic
Chop the fresh basil leaves and mince the garlic cloves. Add them to the bowl with the diced tomatoes.

Season the Mixture
Drizzle the olive oil over the tomato mixture, then sprinkle in the salt and black pepper. Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.

Prepare the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Toast the Baguette
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

Assemble the Bruschetta
Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven. Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each slice.

Finish with Balsamic Reduction
Drizzle balsamic reduction over the top of the bruschetta for added flavor.
