Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patty, slightly larger than the slider buns as they will shrink while cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Place the patties on the skillet or grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Cover the skillet or grill to help melt the cheese.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Buns

While the cheese is melting, slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Sliders

On the bottom half of each toasted slider bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cheeseburger patty, a slice of tomato, a slice of onion, and a generous spoonful of house pickles. Drizzle with Dijonnaise before placing the top half of the bun.

  7. 7

    Serve

Arrange the assembled sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately with extra Dijonnaise and pickles on the side.
