Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Rub the fresh sage leaves on both sides of the pork chops.

  2. 2

    Sear the Pork Chops

In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Roast the Pork Chops

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  4. 4

    Prepare the Garlic Green Beans

While the pork is roasting, in a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add green beans and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Caramelize the Apples

In another skillet, add the sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the apples are tender and caramelized.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the pork chops with garlic green beans and caramelized apples on the side. Enjoy!
