Prepare the Crab Mixture

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and egg. Mix gently to combine.

Add Breadcrumbs

Fold in the bread crumbs until the mixture holds together. Form the mixture into patties.

Cook the Crab Cakes

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the golden potatoes into quarters and place them in a bowl.

Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
