Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Red Bell Pepper

While the pasta is cooking, slice the red bell pepper into thin strips.

  3. 3

    Make the Cajun Cream Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Stir in the sliced red bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Add the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer and let it thicken for about 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add Pasta and Cheese

Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Stir in the shaved Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
