Prepare the Shrimp
In a large bowl, season the shrimp with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Set Up Breading Station
In three separate bowls, place flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and panko breadcrumbs in the third.

Bread the Shrimp
Dredge each shrimp in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Set aside on a baking sheet.

Heat the Oil
In a large, deep skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Shrimp
Carefully add the breaded shrimp to the hot oil in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Coat with Buffalo Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried shrimp with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

Serve the buffalo shrimp hot with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
