Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Biscuits

In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk until just combined. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into biscuits. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Hash Browns

In the same skillet, add the hash browns and cook until golden and crispy on both sides, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Cook the Eggs

Choose your preferred style of eggs: Poach, fry, or scramble. For poached, simmer water and gently slide in the eggs; cook for 3-4 minutes. For fried, crack eggs directly into the skillet and cook until the whites are set. For scrambled, whisk eggs with a pinch of salt and cook on low heat, stirring gently until just set.

  5. 5

    Plate and Serve

On a plate, serve the two eggs alongside the crispy bacon, hash browns, and warm biscuits. Enjoy!
