Cook the Succotash
In a separate skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the southern succotash and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Sauté the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Prepare the Smoky Corn Butter Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add corn kernels and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. Season with salt and a pinch of smoked paprika. Stir to combine.
