Pecan Praline Pie Ingredients
Method
Directions for Pecan Praline Pie
- 1
Prepare the Pie Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan and set aside.
- 2
Make the Filling
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar and corn syrup, mixing until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 3
Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually add the cooled butter mixture to the eggs, whisking constantly to prevent curdling.
- 4
Add Pecans and Chocolate
Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- 5
Bake the Pie
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
- 6
Cool and Serve
Allow the pie to cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
