Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the Certified Angus Beef® ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with 2 ounces of house-made boursin cheese to let it melt.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, split the brioche buns and toast them in a separate pan or on a grill until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

Spread 2 tablespoons of roasted garlic aioli on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Place the cooked beef patty with melted boursin cheese on top. Add onion straws, then cover with the top half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the burgers immediately with your favorite side dishes.
