Preparation Directions
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2
Prepare the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- 3
Add Fillings
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Layer the pepperoni, crumbled sausage, diced green bell pepper, and sliced olives over the cheese. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
- 4
Roll and Seal
Starting from one end, carefully roll the dough into a log shape. Pinch the ends to seal and tuck them under.
- 5
Brush with Olive Oil
Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the top with olive oil.
- 6
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
- 7
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with San Marzano marinara sauce for dipping.
